Nutrition counseling with me is for anyone who is:

What to expect
Initial Consultation

In-depth assessment into your diet and medical history, relationship with food and body, sleep habits, stress factors, and other lifestyle factors that influence your diet

Establish short- and long-term goals

Receive actionable items to kickstart your journey
Follow-up Sessions

45-minutes
-
Recommended weekly visits to get started, then may move down to bi-weekly

Includes handouts, worksheets, recipes, food lists, food brand recommendations, other self-care product recommendations

Ongoing email and text to support you between our sessions

Collaboration with your other providers (doctors, therapist, personal trainer, etc) to ensure that you are getting the most effective, coordinated care possible

Referrals to the best interdisciplinary providers to give you well-rounded care
-
Sleep recommendations, mindfulness practice, stress management techniques, planning for trips and vacations, and anything else you may need to support your journey
Additional information

Stool testing is offered for anyone suffering from, or managing, long-term gastrointestinal disorders using the GI-MAP Microbial Assay. This test will allow me to personalize gut healing protocols to address conditions often overlooked or untreatable by conventional medicine, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), autoimmune diseases, skin conditions, and more.
