Nutr·Ethos is Nutrition + Ethos
Knowledge is power.
Diet culture is so pervasive that it has become ingrained in our society. Year in and year out, there’s a new "quick-fix" dieting plan or wellness trend that eliminates a major food group for being “unhealthy.” Nutrethos is here to eliminate confusion, provide actionable solutions based in science, and give you the knowledge to achieve your goals.

Proper nutrition is the foundation of well-being.
We’ve all been led to believe that foods are either "bad vs. good" or "healthy vs. unhealthy," when in fact foods are neither. Instead, what’s important to focus on is which foods fuel your mind and body, and that may be something different for everyone.

Food is meant to be enjoyed and life is meant to be lived.
Food has always been a foundation of culture and a means to celebrate. With proper nutrition and knowledge, food can be enjoyed. It should never act as a barrier, provide discomfort or pain, or be something we dread.
